Synagogue bans unvaccinated adults from all premises including Mikva
Below is a copy of a schedule from Congregation Anshei Hashoron a Synagogue in Tannersville New York. Hat Tip to LakewoodAntiVaxxer for forwarding a copy. At the bottom of the schedule is a note on Vaccine policy which has been circled in red. The policy seems to be a blanket policy applied to adults and children. Presumably children would have no business going into an adult women's Ritual Bath, a Mikva. So it seems that the policy is stating that if an adult did not receive their childhood vaccinations, they are being banned from the Mikva and the Synagogue.
This is an example of the creeping tyranny that has been unleashed by the CDC effort to get religious leaders such as rabbis to do the unconstitutional dirty work that they can not do directly.
If the CDC, NYSDOH Commissioner Howard Zucker,or Governor Cuomo would ever suggest that women not be allowed to utilize a Mikva, rest assured there would be an outcry and legal challenges.
By getting the "Rabbi" to keep women out of the Mikva you circumvent the whole Religious liberty question.
This has been the strategy across the United States in the entire Orthodox Jewish Community. Orthodox Jewish Doctors and Rabbis were duped and co opted to mount a persecution campaign against their own coreligionists. The Rabbis have been kicking unvaccinated kids out of religious schools and their parents out of synagogues. Even in states where the law allows for religious and philosophical exemptions from Vaccine Mandates, Rabbis have either been leading the way to be stricter than the state or they have bowed to pressure from school and synagogue board members who control their salary and employment.
It is noteworthy that the New York State Mandatory Vaccine law referenced in the policy below is for attendance in school and only school.With the repeal of the Vaccine Religious exemption in New York, the State government sent out guidance in various communications. The law only applies to school attendance for children between the ages of 2 and 17 and for children enrolled in school through grade 12.
The law specifically does not cover adults 18 and over and does not cover post high school education. Do you see the slippery slope? Federal and State officials together with the media create a hysteria in order to pass a school law and in the process get Religious leaders to fork over religious autonomy and bodily autonomy in all areas of religious liberty.
It is truly a deviously and fiendishly constructed strategic plan. What a way to enter into the High Holiday season.
Shame on Rabbi Burnstein and Congregation Anshei Hasharon. Shame on the Doctors who are ignoring the lies of the CDC and the Pharmaceutical industry. Shame on the Rabbis who are listening to a small number of Doctors who have financial conflicts of interest and are not studying this issue independently and without bias. Shame on the politicians and bureaucrats who are abusing their power and are bowing to a corrupt industry. The blood of the Vaccine Injured and killed children cries out for justice. The blood of the non vaccinated and wrongly excommunicated souls also cries out. It is not too late for the oppressors to repent and reverse these wicked decrees. They should do so with alacrity.
