If only this were true that you are as you say a defender of the First Amendment. If a person is living with any of the above communicable diseases, they are GUARANTEED PRIVACY and are protected against discrimination under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Under these laws, discrimination means that you are not allowed to participate in a service that is offered to others (such as public education) or you are denied a benefit because of your disease.
But apparently this DOES NOT APPLY TO MEASLES, which the CDC does not even consider a disease requiring quarantine......
Speaking of respecting the law, do you want your children to be treated by doctors who are against the Nuremberg Code? The Helsinki Declaration? The Human Rights Doctrine?
