David Lichtenstein you owe Dr. Brian Hooker a public apology
This past Saturday night, David Lichtenstein released a prerecorded podcast for his Headlines show on the topic of vaccinations. He had prerecorded interviews with several Rabbis,Doctors, one Lawyer and with Dr. Brian Hooker. Both before and after the recording with Dr Brian Hooker, David Lichtenstein essentially called Dr Hooker a liar. He also mocked Dr. Brain Hooker's account of his son regressing into severe Autistic Disorder following his routine MMR vaccine.
Lichtenstein based his attack on the fact that Dr. Brian Hooker lost his case in the "vaccine court". Lichtenstein reasoned that since a "Judge" "ruled" against Dr Hooker, that this was equivalent to the "Judge" calling Dr Hooker a liar. Yet when he was interviewing Dr Hooker he did not confront him with that false accusation.
Shame on you Mr Lichtenstein for slandering a good man behind his back.
You did not even have the decency to do your homework and prepare properly for your own show. Dr. Hooker is a world class scientist and scholar. The best you were able to do was bombard him with questions from Wikipedia? I am sure that before you make an expensive purchase for your real estate business you would not hesitate to do your homework and do an extreme due diligence prior to consummating a deal.
You not only displayed a complete lack of respect for Dr Hooker, but for your listening audience as well.
Just for the record there is no "judge" in the vaccine injury compensation program there is only a "special master" representing the Department of Health and Human Services. There is also no "court" and no "discovery". The entire notion of justice and due process was eliminated with the implementation of the 1986 vaccine injury compensation act.
